Courage to Care is proud to be a part of The Social Blueprint’s Victorian Jewish Community Impact Awards, generously funded by the Jack & Robert Smorgon Families Foundation. We’re in the running to receive $25,000 to expand our programs in schools across Victoria — and every vote counts.
At a time when stories of antisemitism, racism, and hate are rising at an alarming rate, our work has never been more important. Through our powerful volunteer-led Upstander Programs and Holocaust survivor testimonies, students hear firsthand what happens when discrimination goes unchallenged — and why it’s critical to act.
These experiences don’t just educate; they transform. Students leave with the understanding, confidence, and responsibility to safely move from bystanders to ‘Upstanders’ — people who choose to speak up and take action in the face of injustice.
This year, we have an ambitious goal: to reach 23,000 students across Victoria and inspire a new generation to stand against hate. But we can’t do it alone.
With your vote, you can help us reach more classrooms, share more stories, and educate and empower more students to create meaningful change.
