At the start of each year we partner with our friends at Chevra Hatzolah to provide refresher CPR training. Volunteer wellbeing is extremely important to us – the the safety and security of all our valued volunteers is of utmost importance to us.
Hatzolah’s primary goal is to provide a lifesaving bridge of medical care during the first critical moments of a medical emergency, whilst catering to the unique needs of the Jewish Community. Their responders are extensively trained and equipped to deal with any medical emergency, and responders regularly attend patients with issues ranging from chest pain, bleeding, cardiac arrest, household accidents, asthma and road trauma.
Hatzolah responders are on stand-by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
A big thank you to trainer Nelson for his excellent sessions and Hatzolah’s ongoing support for Courage to Care.
