Recently our CEO Mike Zervos & Operations Manager Deb van der Zee connected with Rachel Holthouse and her team at Independendent Schools Victoria to explore how our leading education programs can further support school leaders, teachers and students.
In Rachel’s words: “In a world where silence can be easy, Courage to Care equips young people to be upstanders – fostering tolerance, inclusion and respect in our schools, and strengthening the communities they will go on to lead. Taking inspiration from real-life acts of extraordinary courage, their Upstander Programs empower students to stand up to racism and discrimination, and to take meaningful action that creates real change. Having already reached more than 200,000 students across Victoria, we look forward to supporting Courage to Care in continuing to extend this important work across our Independent schools.”
