Marathon Mike is back – and halfway to his fundraising goal!
On Sunday 2nd October Courage to Care CEO, Mike Zervos plans will to run the Melbourne Marathon. This is Melbourne’s iconic event finishing with a lap on the hallowed turf of the MCG, once again raising funds for Courage to Care.
“In preparation for the Melbourne Marathon, I recently visited the MCG. The ground is being readied for the AFL finals and hopefully after running 42kms I’ll finish in this amazing stadium.
“ Running 42kms at my age is certainly a physical and mental challenge but I’m inspired listening to our volunteers and other stories of Upstander behaviour. “
