It is exciting times at Courage to Care as we plan to reach more students than ever before – we have set ourselves ambitious targets, growing from reaching around 6,000 students in 2018, to 14,000 this year and even more in future years.

Our wonderful volunteers are of course central to this plus, to ensure we can meet all out objectives, we are increasing our staff support.

We believe that ordinary people have the power to make a positive difference to the lives of others by being Upstanders, and our Upstander Programs inspire people to make a real difference in their community by standing up and taking action, creating real change.

With plans to reach more students than ever before, we are recruiting for two new, paid positions:

  • Operations Manager
  • Schools Program Coordinator

These integral new roles will:

  • Manage / coordinate logistics of  Upstander Program delivery to Victorian schools.
  • Be part-time / flexible
  • Based at our Caulfield office with hybrid work available

Joining our CEO, Mike, Zoi our Program Manager, Lisa our Volunteer Manager, Karen our Schools Coordinator and Sarah our Volunteer & Program Support, these new members of our team will be integral in ensuring our volunteers can be out in schools working directly with students, educating the next generation about the dangers of racism, discrimination and bystander behaviour.

This is a rare opportunity for experienced professionals to join a high impact team at a time of exciting growth and development, and make a real difference.
