Regional Advisory Councils inform the Victorian Multicultural Commission (VMC) about the issues that matter most to diverse Victorians. Regional Advisory Councils (RAC) are the grassroot connections that keep VMC Commissioners informed about issues that matter to multicultural communities.
Our CEO Mike represents us on the VMC Southern Metro Regional Advisory Council and attends VMC events like the Forum held at the end of June, where Mike was invited to present on the topic of Racism. Mike was pleased to be able to discuss how Courage to Care can help combat racism with our Upstander education programs.
