With so many members of the Courage to Care family experiencing trauma, anxiety, and sadness in response to the brutal events in Israel, we dedicated the October C2C Conversation as a safe space to share our feelings and thoughts and receive support from friends.
We are very fortunate that Sarah Calleja, a member of the Courage to Care family and a counselling psychologist, was available to assist and facilitate conversation.
The session took place on Friday 20 October in attendance. This was not a place for politics or political advocacy but a supportive gathering for personal sharing in a safe environment.
We are taking daily steps to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our program delivery volunteers.
We are here to offer ALL our volunteers any emotional support we can and pray for peace.
