At a two-day program last month at St Joseph’s College Geelong, Survivor Speaker Volunteer Prof Henry Ekert was presented with this heartfelt thank you card from the students. Henry accompanied by his wife Barbara has visited St Joseph’s College on numerous occasions. You may be wondering what the significance of the Twirl chocolate bar is? Henry has explained to the boys that a chocolate bar was the first thing he was given when he was liberated. We are sure that you are just as moved as we are by this.
