In July, our staff engaged in a Program Logic Workshop with Ruth Friedman. Not only is Ruth an expert in the area but she is also a Custodian Speaker volunteer in our program. Evaluation and feedback are so important to us and by developing a Program Logic, it will help us review and build our evaluation framework. It will also strengthen and clarify our position when seeking funding for our programs.
Ruth kindly facilitated a half-day workshop for us pro bono, bringing together our key stakeholders to workshop the ideas and discuss our priorities. A big thank you to Ruth, for facilitating and sharing her knowledge and expertise.
