Mentoring is a key component of the Courage to Care training process and we encourage all experienced facilitators to take this on.
Facilitators with two or more years of experience are invited to take a lead facilitator role, supporting trainees on the ground at school programs. Senior facilitators who are interested in taking a broader mentoring relationship to assist new trainees through the whole training process can take the further training to qualify as Buddies.
