On Tuesday 28 July our staff management team presented to our Committee of Management (COM). We do this on annual basis at the mid way point of the calendar year with the intent that each area (Education & Training, Volunteering, Operations, Marketing & Fundraising) present briefly on the following areas:
- OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES – as a reminder of what each area does and to reinforce the depth and complexity of a lot of our work.
- PRIORITIES in 2026 – Essentially what are our key areas of focus/delivery for the rest of the year.
- KEY LONGER TERM CONSIDERATIONS – anything specific we need to highlight to COM.
It was great to see and hear all the wonderful things happening in and around our organisation! The growth and opportunity is phenomenal and our staff and volunteers should feel immensely proud.
Staff and COM members also enjoyed a delicious take away falafel dinner together as part of the event which was help in our office meeting space.
