Giving teachers tools to promote Upstander behaviour

Our Upstander Programs are typically delivered to students, but teachers are key in consolidating the attitudinal and behavioural change necessary for an inclusive and accepting community. And teachers can benefit from our workshops as much as their students do.

Available to teachers across NSW

Aligned with our Classroom Program, our Teacher Professional Learning program raises awareness and informs participants about issues surrounding equality, diversity, racism, discrimination and bystander behaviour.

The program provides insight and practical tools for teachers to take into their own classrooms to create and cement cultural and behavioural change in their students.

A Social Enterprise – so we can deliver to schools

Our Teacher Professional Learning program is a fee-based service. As a not-for-profit organisation, this allows us to fund the delivery of our Classroom Program across NSW schools.

As fees can vary based on your location, size of the group and other factors, please contact us for a tailored quote.

We’re flexible when it comes to time. We’ll be happy to offer our program after hours or on student-free days, and we can deliver it during or outside of the school term.
