The opposite of a hero is not a villain, it’s a bystander

In a recent article in The Age (see link below), Philip Zimbardi, the world-renowned psychologist, speaks about how we can inspire and train ordinary people to do heroic deeds.  The world, Zimbardo says, needs heroes.
