Gen2Gen Challah Bake: Braiding it together.
May 2 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm$20
Gen2Gen works directly with B’nei and B’not mitzvah students on Holocaust Education, Genocide awareness and memorialisation.
The Challah Bake will involve all four generations – holocaust survivors, their children, their grandchildren and hopefully their great grandchildren. They will braid and bake their challah while sharing their stories of their lives before the holocaust, their survival and their lives in Australia today with their families and others. What better way is there to share such memories and their recipes?
Courage to Care isn’t directly involved with The Challah Bake, but we’re very proud to be associated with Gen2Gen.
